AIM

Once you have a clear purpose defined and understand your current status and “location,” you are ready to aim or re-aim toward accomplishing your purpose. Aim has to do with four major areas: further assessment of different kinds, engaging in imagining for vision-casting, being creative and  planning. Much of the assessing and planning relates to  the audience you are targeting with the story and message of your purpose. You will need to define and understand the target audience through data and research. You will want to define the news and messaging you want to disseminate, and you will need to communicate effectively in the most cost-efficient, broad-based way to reach your target. You will want to track and measure the results of your efforts.
