- AI Scanner: When you run the free AI Readiness Scanner, we collect the URL scanned along with your first name and email address so we can deliver your report and follow up about the services you asked about. We may contact you at this address.
- Email a report to a teammate: If you use the optional "Email to a teammate" feature on a scan result, we send the report one time to the address you enter and do not save that address, add it to any list, or contact anyone at it.
- Basic analytics: Standard web logs (pages visited, browser, referrer) so we can improve the site.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry or scan request.
- To follow up about the services you asked about — never for unrelated marketing.
- To improve our website and services.
What we will never do
- We never sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information — including your name, email address, phone number, business name, or any other detail you provide — with any third party, ever.
- We never send unsolicited bulk marketing.
- We never use the "Email to a teammate" address for outreach, and we don't save it.
